How will I be charged for my first order?

When you place your first order, you will be charged immediately using the billing information you provide on your account. Your normal subscription payment will then be billed automatically every week.

Can I change my subscription ?

You can pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and Manage Subscriptions.
There is no tie-in and no minimum subscription, so you control when and how often you receive your meals. You will receive a reminder every week giving you the opportunity to change or cancel your order for the following week. The deadline is 11:00 pm every Thursday.

How do I change my subscription ?

Simply log into your account and update your order. Or email us
Changes to your order must be made by 11:00pm every Thursday.

Can I order for friends and family ?

All orders that you place will be delivered to the address specified on your account. However, if you wish to order a meal box for family and friends, simply place the order as usual and change the shipping address at checkout.

How do I report issue with my order?

We hope you love our products as much as we do, however should you need to report an issue please email and a member of the team will be in touch.

Where can I update my account information?

Your account can be managed here under the profile settings.

Can I cancel my subscription ?

Of course, anytime! You can cancel your subscription on your account page. You will enter a pending cancellation stage until your monthly/weekly subscription time is up. Once you have come out of that period your subscription will be cancelled.


When will my meals be delivered?

Your meals will be delivered daily in Greater Manchester and surrounding areas.

What do you charge for delivery?

Delivery charge is added on checkout.

Who will deliver my meals?

Our internal delivery team.

How will I know when my meals are being delivered ?

You will receive text message from us with dedicated slot. We prepare our meals in the morning and you will receive them in the evening same day.

What if I’m not home?

If you aren’t going to be in – you can call our driver and ask him to leave your box in a safe place for you until you get home.

How do I contact you about delivery issue?

If you need to speak to us urgently regarding your delivery contact us 24 hours a day via our email We aim to reply to you within 24 hours.

Storage Information

How should I store my meals?

Once you receive your food, put it straight into the fridge and eat by the expiry date on the packaging.

How long can my meals stay frozen before consumption ?

All of our meals can be frozen if required. Defrost thoroughly and use within 1 day.

Yes we do! We have various diet plans available:

We are also FIRST in the market to prepare for you healthy desserts with NO ADDED SUGAR. You can eat them without being GUILTY about it!

How do I prepare my meals?

For best results microwave to reheat. Remove lid/foil and replace loosely. Microwave until piping hot throughout.

Can my meals be eaten cold ?

Yes! Every single meal is safe to eat cold.

Recycling Your Packaging

Can I recycle the packaging?

YES! We are ECO-FRIENDLY! We are also follow the ZERO WASTE policy
whilst preparing your daily meals.

We have worked really hard to source our sustainable packaging. Our lids/foil is fully recyclable along with food containers.

Our paper bags are recyclable too!
